Sleepy Me Magnesium Body Butter

HOW TO USE:

For best results apply daily about 30 minutes before bedtime. We recommend applying a grape sized amount to the soles of the feet and back of calves. This ensures you get the recommended dose of 360mg per day. You can apply to the Torso or other parts of the body if you prefer (do not use on your face). For children over 6 months old use a pea sized amount.

OTHER GUIDANCE:

It is completely normal for some people to experience a mild tingling sensation when they use this product. This tends to reduce the more time you use the product.

If you suffer with very dry skin you may to experience dry patches when using the butter regularly due to the Magnesium. If this does happen you may want to alternate where you apply the butter or reduce the amount of times per week you use it.

Do not use on broken skin as this can sting....ouch!

Do not apply on the face.

TOP TIPS:

If you are feeling muscle cramps, you can rub the body butter in to that area.

If you are getting a tension headache, trying rubbing the body butter on the back of your neck.

In warmer weather you can store your body butter in the fridge for a refreshing, cooling experience when you apply.

STORAGE:

Please keep your butter out of direct sunlight. May be stored in the fridge. Use within 6 months of purchase. Replace lid after each use.
